Confidence is a muscle that can be built. I didn't know that it was possible to change the way we feel about ourselves and build our confidence muscle until I was four decades into my life. Once I learned this, I knew I wanted to help other women do the same.

As you can see from the photo of me on the right, I don't take myself too seriously, but I am absolutely serious and committed to helping women improve their relationships with themselves. This is the very foundation of being able to build lasting confidence. In short, I don't want any other person to feel as poorly towards themselves that I used to.

I take a stand for women to cast aside insecurities, doubts, and excuses and go after a life that will bring them more meaning and fulfillment.

Decluttering Checklist


As the saying goes “a cluttered space equals a cluttered mind”. Clutter can affect our anxiety levels, sleep, and ability to focus.

 

It can also make us less productive, triggering coping and avoidance strategies that make us more likely to snack on junk and watch TV shows (including ones about other people decluttering their lives).

Weekly Training

Each Sunday you will receive an audio training (around 10-15 mins each) along with some tools and homework to spring clean your confidence and move forward in a more courageous way!

Each training is designed to provide real life learning and tools you can implement immediately.

During each of the three weeks, I will host a live 30-minute online call where you can ask me any questions to help you get "unstuck".

FAQs

When are the live coaching calls?

The live live coaching calls will be each Wednesday, starting March 29th, at noon Eastern. If you are not able to join live, you can ask questions in the FB group that I can answer during the live calls. Recordings of all calls will be provided.

What if I can't make the coaching calls live?

When will the weekly trainings be delivered?

The audio trainings will be available in the Facebook group each week, Sunday morning, so that you will have time to listen and implement ahead of the Wednesday live coaching calls.

How much time will this take each week?

I would say plan for 2-3 hours per week. For those who want to go through the decluttering checklist, that may be an hour or two more each week. Like all things, the more you put into something, the more you will get out of it. But there's no set time requirement. You will have access to the training audios and replays for six weeks, so you will have plenty of time to implement and re-listen to the recordings if you wish.

I'm new to personal development work, is this course a good fit for me?

Yes! This course is relevant for anyone, whether you have already done some personal development or not. Come join us!

How will I know if it's working for me?

Everyone is different, but at the very least, you will come away with some awarenesses about your self that you didn't know. And I would bet that you will feel a softening towards yourself and an increase in speaking up and taking action.

HEY THERE!

I'm Angela,

I am a wife, dog mom, multi-business owner, and serial globetrotter. I love champagne (I live in France, after all!), palm trees, the ocean, belly laughs & Garth Brooks music (never fails to get me through my darkest days). I’ve been repeatedly told I have a memorable laugh, am courageous & an eternal optimist.

I completely understand that change can be scary and difficult, but I believe it’s worth it. After all, we only get one chance at life. There are no “do-overs” or chances to go back, but you do have a chance (right now!) to create your next chapter.

I know this because I have done it myself. And my goal is to help others do the same.

To be honest, I didn’t really realize that I could change how I felt about myself—my self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence. It wasn’t until I had a total crisis of confidence after doing a complete career change at 40, that I learned that we can absolutely not only change our self-image, confidence is like a muscle that can be built, if you know how.

Turns out, the beliefs (negative) that I had about myself weren’t even true. Yet, they were running the show.

As a Confidence Coach, my role is to help you achieve your goals and/or make changes in your life. I come alongside you and offer an objective, non-judgmental perspective to move you forward to a point of clarity and confidence. I provide guidance, support, accountability, structure, goals, tools, and a plan to achieve your best life.

I’ve helped other women do this (myself included!), and I can do the same for you.
